From there, we'll schedule a complimentary Discovery Call where we talk through your personal style, specific needs and project goals. Following this call, we will send you an estimate for your project.

This stage typically takes two to three weeks and culminates in a full design presentation. Lauren presents one full concept for each room, designed in its entirety so that you're able to see the full, cohesive picture.
This includes mood boards, floor plans, elevations (where applicable) as well as furniture sourcing, upholstery fabrics, window treatments and artwork. Lauren will walk you through everything and make revisions as needed.

Once you've made all of your selections, we will finalize your budget and send a final proposal for your approval. Then we'll be ready to begin the ordering and procurement of all materials and begin project management.

We invest immense time and resources visiting trusted trade showrooms, touching and feeling pieces before recommending them to you. That's a long way of saying: you can trust us, and we have incredibly high standards for quality and style. Custom pieces cannot be returned, but we don't think that will be a concern once installed.
What if I don't like something after I see it in person?
This is another benefit of a receiving warehouse—quality control! Our vendors only ship via freight line carriers, which require receiving warehouses, because they need a loading dock for their large delivery trucks. The furnishings we order will go there first, where they will be carefully inspected. Anything not up to par will be sent back before it reaches your home.
Who is responsible for damages?
Many of the furnishings and products we order come from trade vendors. This means more selection for you, a variety of unique products not available in the retail space, and exclusive pricing (your discount is typically between 20 and 30% off retail). These vendors only deliver to receiving warehouses, which are important to the design process.
Can I have product shipped to my house?
We present one concept for each room, designed in its entirety so that you are able to see the full, cohesive picture. We do offer revisions and our process begins with an extensive questionnaire and style input from you. So rest assured—you will be completely satisfied with the plan!
How many options will I get to choose from?
Absolutely! We want you to walk into your new spaces and feel instantly at home. We are, however, honest about what does and does not work in a room. Lauren is known for “shopping your home” before install day to incorporate as many personal items in your new rooms as possible.
Will you work with some of my existing furniture and accessories?
Most clients will invest between $35,000 and $75,000 in their living room, and between $20,000 and $40,000 in their dining room or master bedroom. This includes all furnishings, custom rugs and window treatments, lighting and accessories, but does not include our design fees.
